[Closed Giveaway] Mammoth Sleeping Bag

By now you've probably been bombarded with giveaways since it is that time of the year again! I'm sorry if my blog's a bit cluttered but I'll start labeling them soon so you can easily navigate through which giveaways you want to enter! So here it is, another giveaway and this time it's a sleeping bag giveway!

Welcome to our Mammoth Sleeping Bag Giveaway brought to you by Mommy and We and Teton Sports

By now, you all know how much we LOVE to go camping and can't wait til we get to go again...So imagine my delight when I got to work with Teton Sports to review their Mammoth +20 sleeping bag! We sure could've used this on our last few nights of camping this past summer. It got downright chilly! When we got the Mammoth sleeping bag, I was surprised at just how large it is. It will definitely fit me & my honey (Or probably more likely me & Gwen) comfortably! That's just one of my favorite parts about it. Another favorite is how thick it is. Absolutely won't need my air mattress (though, I will still be sleeping IN my sleeping bag ON my mattress!) Gwen was so excited about trying it out that she just HAD to sleep in it so we put it on her bed. She has a "super single" size waterbed and it completely covers it (You'll see that in the picture)! It's amazing. Tristan has since stolen it from her and uses it on his bed (which is the same size as Gwen's).

Mammoth Sleeping Bag Open  The outer "shell" has a soft vinyl feel, while the inside is an extremely soft plaid flannel material. One of my most favorite features of it is that it zips from BOTH sides. It has a pull-string type thing at the top to get it snug and also velcro tabs on both top edges to keep it together (not that I'd anticipate a problem from the zippers, it's just extra protection). There is also the fact that it has a nice "pillow roll" where your head would go. It's not huge, so if you're just camping like we do, you'd still take your own pillow (or at least I will), but if you were out "roughing it" so to speak, you wouldn't be using the nearest rock as a pillow! I can even see us laying it out of the tent and unzipping it on one side to let the kids use it as a play mat during the day while we're camping. I LOVE this thing! We haven't tried putting it away yet, but it's kind of heavy, so I may need help, but THIS is what it looks like (in it's included carry bag) before you take it out.
